Cheryl Wadhams

Cheryl Wadhams ('Ka'kaSolas) is a Kwakwaka'wakw artist who grew-up in Alert Bay and moved to Vancouver with her family when she was five years old. In the late 1980’s she learned to carve with her uncles, Lloyd and Raymond Wadhams. She considers Don Dawson as her mentor. She became more serious about carving in 1994 and focused on woodcarving.
