Alvin Child

Alvin Child was born in Alert Bay in October, 1962. He graduated from BCIT with a degree in Engineering before meeting master carver John Livingston in 1984, who inspired Alvin to pursue a career in art. Alvin apprenticed under and worked alongsied John until his passing in 2019. Alvin continues to produce limited edition screen prints, carved plaques, and painted drums.
