Komokwa, also known as Kumugwe or Goomokwey, is the god of the undersea world revered by the Kwakwaka'wakw and Nuxalk First Nations. Known as "Copper Maker" or "Wealthy One", he is master of the seals and controller of the tides. He can see into the future, heal the sick or injured and bestow powers on those he favors.
