In 1978, Northwest Coast artist Glen Rabena completed a series of illustrations for Susan Marsden's book The Birds of Ksan. He created so many drawings in the Northwest Coast Native style that he decided to transfer these drawings to print format. From 1978 to 1990, Glen produced more than two dozen bird-themed limited edition prints, based on flora and fauna from British Columbia.      Glen began carving in Northwest Coast style in 1970. The 1977 Northwest Coast Indian Artists Guild Series was one of the first projects and publications on contemporary Northwest Coast design. Native Art Prints is constantly striving to attain prints from this series to pass on to our customers.
